More IT Fun
IT builds a new help desk system for the organization where this pilot fish works, and it's a big improvement.
"Now users could enter help desk tickets from anywhere and have the ticket routed to the right person," says fish.
"Our CIO made the decision that this help desk could be used for anything, PC-related or not. For example, it could be used for building maintenance requests.
"About three days into the new help desk, a ticket is entered requesting building service -- there was a window leaking.
"My CIO was reading all of the calls. To this one he dutifully responded: 'Please enter your version of Windows when opening a ticket.'"

Just watch out for the napster to go though, unless you are able to crack the DRM, though its a "nice" service I can not see paying for songs I can not move them around as I want.

No need really as it supports MP3, WMA and looks like WAV too. So only DRM dealing would be with the WMA.

Won't really be an issue. I have over 300 CDs and don't really download music. I just want it all available at times. So far, the music I don't have isn't downloadable either. (at least through legal sources. Not checking the other kind.) I want some old Nektar (Recycled, Remember the future, a Tab in the Ocean) Best prices so far are direct from Britain.
