IT builds a new help desk system for the organization where this pilot fish works, and it's a big improvement.

"Now users could enter help desk tickets from anywhere and have the ticket routed to the right person," says fish.

"Our CIO made the decision that this help desk could be used for anything, PC-related or not. For example, it could be used for building maintenance requests.

"About three days into the new help desk, a ticket is entered requesting building service -- there was a window leaking.

"My CIO was reading all of the calls. To this one he dutifully responded: 'Please enter your version of Windows when opening a ticket.'"

ipod scratch remover.

hey guys i got an ipod vieo black one, is there anyway to possibly remove some scratches and scuffs? home made ways, or possibly production scratch removers?

Can't vouch for it but a quick google for Ipod scratch remover brings up alot more ak.

ive been googling for hours. i gave into the novus if that diesnt work ill try iCleaner or iceCreme

its alright man i stll bought it.i was reading up on a few websites and on the description it said its not recommended for use on ipods and lenses. and i already tried brasso with no results, car wax yet again no results, tires shire, but toothpaste worked the best actually had some results but the ipod still has lots of scratches and scuffs.

hmmmm then I'd say if they're that bad buy a non working unit with a good case off ebay (and there are alot of them) and switch out the cases.
