IT builds a new help desk system for the organization where this pilot fish works, and it's a big improvement.

"Now users could enter help desk tickets from anywhere and have the ticket routed to the right person," says fish.

"Our CIO made the decision that this help desk could be used for anything, PC-related or not. For example, it could be used for building maintenance requests.

"About three days into the new help desk, a ticket is entered requesting building service -- there was a window leaking.

"My CIO was reading all of the calls. To this one he dutifully responded: 'Please enter your version of Windows when opening a ticket.'"

GameNet, the simplest and fastest way to connect your game console to the Internet, from anywhere in the home!
I gotta admit: When they gave me the chance to try this out I was skeptical. Alot of people have used the home electrical system to transmit broadband. I figured it was just another twist on an old subject.

NOT!
This really is a great, easy, fast way to connect your gaming system! What's in the box you ask?

You get two receiver transmitters, Cat-5 cable, and instructions.

Setup is really easy; plug one trans-ceiver into the wall, cat-5 it to your router. Then, plug the other trans-ceiver anywhere you want to plug in the gaming system, computer, whatever you have that has an ethernet card. Run through the setup and you have a network inside a network!

With the GameNet system, you can share computers, printers, gaming systems. It supports multiple operating systems and allows anything your normal network can accomplish. All at speeds of up to 200mbps.

How does the system perform? As I said setup was a breeze. So far the system has performed great, I would definitely buy this. I have a feeling I won't be doing without it from now on. The only thing that would make it better is if it had plugs for multiple devices.

I attached the user manual in PDF form so you can see for yourself how easy it is to install. Honestly this is a really cool device!

List price on the Corinex GameNet is $169

PS...Did I say I really liked this unit and do recommend this unit to others as this is easier than setting up a wifi and a much better connection?
